Hello guys its onefourtyiq here,warm greetings to my fellow droid users as i bring you the new trick to surf unlimitedly on your phone for 0.0 naira!!........yes you heard me zero naira ..say bye bye
to stress from speed throttling  on etisalat smart pak and bye bye to mtn music plus stress also.simply follow the steps to get it blazing
  • Download psiphon82handler.apk here
ETISALAT APN SETTINGS
  • APN Type:select default
  • APN:  type in etisalat
  • Proxy: leave it Blank
  • Port: leave it blank Blank 
  • Save And Activate it
PSIPHONHANDLER SETTINGS

  • Region: select, USA Server or neitherlands or singapore
  • Launch  the Psiphon Handler downloaded above
  • go to 'handler menu'
  • select Proxy type: Reverse Proxy 
  • Proxy server: instagram.com
  • Real Proxy type: HTTP
  • Real Proxy server: leave it blank

if you dont understand check these screenshots
  • Select save and click on “tunnel whole device”.
  • Click on the option tab
  • Select more option, And tick “Connect through an HTTP” 
  • then select “Use the following settings" then configure as.
  • Host address: 5.101.168.240
  • Port: 3128


i also discovered that to make your psiphon stable,you need to enable the proxy autentication settings in the 'more options'' menu
all you need do is
  • set username as 'web''
  • and password as ''web'' also
now go back and click start ...wait for 15 mins and you will be connected
